As owner and broker for Decker Realty, Inc., doing business as NextHome Preferred Properties, I am excited to bring the NextHome real estate revolution to the California Central Coast. We live in a wondrous time. American ingenuity and innovation has brought forth a cornucopia of technologies for the betterment and enrichment of our daily lives. The way we communicate, the way we connect with one another has been revolutionized by the Internet.

Each year, agents will continue to use mobile devices more than personal desktop computers. The real estate transaction itself is becoming completely paperless, allowing agents to work remotely and more efficiently in the field. NextHome provides technology and a brokerage environment which supports this changing transaction process.

Large real estate offices are passe’ and provide little to no benefit to agents, or their clients. In most real estate offices today you will see desks upon desks, with less than 10% in use at any point in time. This lacks financial sense. The SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Resource) shows education in the needs of seniors and their growing influence in the real estate market.




The Paperless Pro designation assures clients a higher quality of service, response times, convenience and professionalism through paperless transactions online.



pmclogo    The Property Management Certification assures clients a higher level of expertise in managing their investment rental properties. Our subsidiary, T3 Property Management, is dedicated to providing the same high level of client service as NextHome Decker Realty.





The Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource provides clients, with a distressed property situation, guidance through the difficult and complicated process of dealing with a short sale or foreclosure of a home.




This is a special area of real estate marketing and is best served by a brokerage that is supported by a full service property management company, such as NextHome’s subsidiary, T3 Property Management. Clients that purchase a resort or second home often wish to have their properties rented out and maintained while they are not in residence.
